Although previous Lord`s solo albums flirted with classical music, on this one he takes the deep plundge and leaves the Rock elements completely out of the equation. This mostly instrumental / orchestral music is serene and deeply lyrical, with only a few vocal tracks. The album consists of 4 legthy suites, each sub-divided into 3 parts. As all things, a matter of taste, but the classical textures he produces here are really quite beautiful.
