NIEMEN ~ TERRA DEFLORATA - KONCERT OSCAR 1049 (Barcode: 5907811104925) ~ POLAND ~ Progressive Rock Recorded: 1984- 1986Released: 2010 This is a phenomenal 2CD archive retrospective of live recordings by the Polish musician Czeslaw NiemenFind albums by this artist, performing solo using an array of keyboards and other electronic devices and singing. The material originates mainly from the "Terra DeflorataFind albums with this title" album (as the title suggests) on CD 1, which was recorded in 1984 and other later material on CD 2, which was recorded in 1986. All the material is of course superbly performed. There is no need to emphasize the importance of this music, especially in view of the fact that so little live material by Niemen was so far released. Considering the fact that he was the most revolutionary and influential Eastern-European musician in the 1970s and early 1980s, this release is a most joyous occasion for the numerous Niemen fans around the world. Not to be missed.
